How do I submit an FAQ?

Help for Site Users

To submit an FAQ you must be logged in, and go to the Contact page to submit your question.

Please choose 'FAQ' in the 'Question Type' drop-down menu. This means your question will - if approved by the site's moderators - be published, along with the answer.

Use the form's subject line to provide a short version of the question, and the form's main text ("Message") to explain your question in greater detail.

We will email you when the question is published.
